BANANA OAT + WALNUT PANCAKES
Please welcome to the stage… the Banana Oat + Walnut Pancakes.
These baddies are dangerous! (and nutritious). I love oat pancakes… and topped with extra banana and walnuts?? Yes please. Recipe belowww
Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas (best when they have lots of brown spots)
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats, gluten free if desired
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
(Coconut oil for pan)
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender, and make the batter.
Pour 1/3 cups batter into your pan, and let cook, then flip when they become a browned.
Serve with syrup, butter, and any toppings!
