“Rhu The Day” St. Patty’s Day Cocktail

It’s St. Pattys day… so that calls for 1 thing: Whiskey… IRISH Whiskey.

I made a cocktail perfect for the occasion, using Writers Tears Whiskey Copper Pot + Bird & Blend Tea Co. Rhubarb & Custard Tea.

It provides a smooth, creamy, whiskey drink that is dangerously easy to slurp down.

This is an EBA Original Drink folks… “Rhu The Day”


- 2oz Irish whiskey (Writers Tears Whiskey - BUY)
- 1 bag Rhubarb Custard Tea (Bird & Blend Tea Co. - BUY)
- 2oz tea
- 0.5oz agave
- 0.5oz triple sec
- Orange peel garnish

1. Steep tea for 4min, then chill.
2. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, strain, pour.
